Planning and Scheduling for a portfolio of Nuclear plant dismantlement projects... Define the general approach and methodology, build the first schedule with associated base line, define the appropriate progress reporting tools, team training, mentoring, monitoring.


2016 - 2022

Planning & Supply Chain Management for the Nord-Stream 2 project. Thanks to our success on Nord-Stream, we were called to join Nord-Stream 2 AG, in their HQ in Zug, Switzerland. We managed the second project despite several new constraints. A total weight of 1000 Eiffel towers was laid on the Baltic sea bed. We left Nord-Stream 2 AG, early February 2022.


2015 - 2016

Lead Planner, Time Scheduler for the Flamanville EPR Nuclear Plant project... Coordination of 6 planners at HQ. We made the very first integrated schedule ever on Primavera P6

Planning & Supply Chain Management for EUPEC Pipecoatings on the Nord-Stream project: 2 x 1225 km 48" pipeline, along the Baltic sea, 200 000 pipes, 5 million Tons, 2 concrete plants & 5 marshalling yards to define and to build, 32 months Concrete Weight Coating ...

  • Finalized ahead of Schedule despite difficult weather conditions
  • No shortage, no delivery disruption, no mistake during 4 years
  • No raw material left, at the end of a 32 months production campaign
  • about 70 million tons & 3 million pipes handled, but no severe accident
